How to set up an online class
In a 50 minute session we want to get started as soon as possible and not waste time on technicalities too much :)
1) You will need your phone and a tripod, so that I can see your hands when appropriate. I will later send the recording to you where you can stream it from any other device.
2) Download Zoom and check that it's working (updates etc.).
3) Enable "Audio for musicians". Otherwise Zoom will noise-cancel anything that's not speech (I need to hear you playing). Instructions.
Personally I use the "Camo App" which is a free app that allows me to use my iPhone as a webcam. You need to download it on both your computer and iPhone.
